How to reach?
BY ROAD: There are no direct buses from New Delhi to Kasol. You can catch a bus from Delhi and it would drop you at Bhunter, which is at a distance of 30 km from Kasol. From here on you can catch the local bus or hire a local taxi. Another way you can get to this place is via Kullu. Get down at Kullu, which is at a distance of 40 km from Kasol. Again, a local bus or hire a cab which will carry you to this village.
For a convenient traveling, you can hire a cab with Wiwigo directly from Delhi to Kasol.
BY AIR: The nearest airport to Kasol is Bhunter. You can further hire a cab to reach Kasol.
BY RAILWAYS: There are very few trains that will take you to Kasol. The nearest railway station to Kasol is 150 km away. So, a journey by train is not suggested.
Where to stay?
Ranging from the cheapest to best one, Kasol has all types of places for you to stay. The price per night in most of the places to stay here ranges from Rs 500- 1500. If you really want to explore the true side of Kasol, best would be ditch a luxurious hotel and stay at a cafe or small hotel amid the number of Israelis.
